A graduate of West Chester University, Christopher Knaff holds years of experience as a medical transportation professional, and regularly attends the PA EMS Annual Conference. Currently, Christopher Knaff serves as a network development professional at Coordinated Transportation Systems (CTS) in Trumbull, Connecticut, where he works to expand the company’s provider network.

Since its founding in 1997, CTS has provided transportation services for entities ranging from governmental agencies and nonprofits to businesses and managed care insurance organizations. The company serves rural, suburban, and urban communities, and currently offers transportation consulting in addition to workers comp transportation, special education transportation, mobility management services, and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).

CTS’ NEMT service model embraces a no-wrong-door approach to service delivery. This includes an end-to-end technology platform that allows transportation services to be accessed by Service Coordinators over the phone, online, or shortly via a new app. User-friendly, web-based applications allow clients to manage transportation services, while a CTS driver smartphone application provides real-time tracking technology. The company’s service model also prioritizes transparency, and involves ongoing stakeholder feedback and engagement to ensure that a variety of needs are met.
